Perfect, Optimal, or Simulation?
In nature and in life itself, countless instances of the Fibonacci sequence can be observed, leading to the conclusion that the laws of mathematics apply everywhere. It suggests that life has been compelled towards a state of optimal existence where living beings, objects, or things either appear visually perfect or utilize their surroundings in a way that ensures maximum efficiency and functionality.
In this photo series, I explore whether this phenomenon represents a struggle for a perfect existence, an optimal drive for survival, or if it is merely an indication that life itself is a simulation in which we exist where these small, observable patterns serve as clues.
This photo series focuses on objects, living beings, and plants where this sequence can be clearly observed.
